Silkie Chick- Red, Buff, Partridge, or something else?

Ok! Partridge it is! Will it look like other partridge silkies (as an adult) or a little different?

It may look like a Buff Partridge, which is red partridge with the diluter gene. But only way to know, is to let it grow out.

All partridges have their own colouring that looks similar but not exactly the same. Some are more brown and others more gold.

I am going with buff, just to be contrary
Honestly though, could be a dilute partridge, but I have also seen buff that have a few flecks here and there in the down, that then disappear when they feather out. Please keep us updated!

I can't post a photo right now, but I am now 90% sure she is Partridge. She is now starting to get her feathers in, and they are a black/yellow mix. Thanks everyone!
