Silkie chick showing neurological issues??

Not new to farming but I just got my first batch of chicks about 1.5 months ago. My favorite (of course) seems to have something going on. It’s eating and drinking normal but when it goes to put its head down to eat or drink it will pull back in pain and shake its head. After eating and drinking it will start to circle like it’s stuck that way. I want to help it and have started Giving it Vit. E as I suspected wry neck but I’m not sure. I just want to help the little thing.

Feeding purina start and grow.
fresh water and one with electrolytes
And just started adding kickin chicken to the feed as well. I have the bird some tuna starting today also.

I got some Sillies from Cackle and they had this issue. Every once in a while I would need to put Rooster Booster in their water. I gave them all away and disclosed that they were special needs chickens.
