Chick is a little less then a week old

Same today, thanks for checking back in. It still looks swollen to me and the feathers around her bottom won’t dry and fluff up bc she keeps pooping on them because I believe her belly is bigger then it’s supposed to be

Take a close look at her belly button, is it swollen or does the area look inflamed, slightly reddish?

And did you already soak her rear end in warm water for some minutes?

Yes soaked her yesterday and today. The belly button had a little crusty scab and it fell off today when I was soaking her. Her belly just looks very strange to me. She is eating and drinking. Today she started to waddle a little I think it’s bc of her belly

Does she poop alright now? Did you feed her the coconut oil to allow for a better digestion?
