silkie chick with bump under eye

I am a longtime chicken raiser, but first time silkie mama! New breed for me. I acquired this chick from friend of friend and it looks like it has a huge bump under it's eye beneath the skin. Is this normal for this breed? Or is it a tumor? Should I take it to local vet? Thanks!

How does it feel--soft or firm? It could be a sinus infection with pus underneath, or it could be a tumor. Does she have any other symptoms that could be signs of a respiratory infection, such as watery or foamy eyes, nasal drainage, gasping, or sneezing?

No sneezing or runny eyes. And it's hard lump but moves if I touch it, if that makes sense

two of them have it from their hatch.
