Ok, so I got lots of advice on making shoes, and a leg hobble. This is what I did... I used the bunion/corn pad as the base for the shoe, applying the foot to the sticky side, then wrapped it with medical tape. Then I took gauze, and wrapped this around the feathery legs seperatly, then used a band-aid as the actual hobble. This little guy can't stand or anything. So, I used the gauze wrapped it under his belly and wings, the secured the guaze to the outside of a teacup with a rubberband. This way he can at least sit up straight. Have I done something wrong here, or Did I do ok? I even put a washcloth on the floor so he wouldn't slide. I'm just not sure if I've done this right. Is it suspossed to be able to walk immediatly?

ive heard the older they are the worse the chance of fixing it is,but if he can get around to get food and water,id keep trying.

Was it born like that? Also, what line is it from? There's meaning behind these questions.

Fleece and Feathers out of Indiana... It was hatched out last sunday. I've been having to feed and water it. It tries to get around. I'm not sure if I've done the leg hobbles right. I just put it on him today..

Ok, I don't think I did the hobbles right! I removed it, and took a band-aid, cut it in half, length wise, and applied it to the leg bone connected to the foot bone, I hope this is right!
