Hi there - I think one of my 5-month old silkies has a respiratory infection (sneezing/bubbly, slightly swollen eye). We have a vet appt tomorrow afternoon and I have her quarantined from my other girls in a pet crate. Is it ok to keep her inside the house overnight (I'm in NJ, it's about 45 degrees outside) or is it better to put the crate in the coop -- and will that keep her from infecting my other birds? TIA

Keep her in the house away from the rest of your flock. Hopefully she didnt already infect the others. Time will tell if in fact it's a respiratory disease and if your others are infected. Good luck.
