Silkie Chicken With "2" Bad Legs, Can't Walk At All Now ;-( Help!

Need some ideas on what to make for a silkie that can't walk at all...She was born with one bad leg and now the other has gone out...We were thinking of either suspending her in a sling or using a kids toy on wheels that could be like a carriage...Any better thoughts?...

I should add she's 3-4wks old and after reading some, I think we waited too long to fix the first leg which may have contributed to the 2nd leg going bad since it's all she had...We hope the sling or 'cart' option will work as I don't think either of us have the heart to put her down and would rather tend to her 24/7 as long as we can keep her comfortable, fed and watered...
