Silkie Chicks growth rate

I have about 18 chicks that seem to double in size each week. I have 1 silkie( waiting on more) the silkie has not grown much at all in comparison to the others. She eats and drinks and runs around.
She is about 3 weeks old and looks like a week old chicken of larger breeds in her size.
Should I be concerned or do they grow slower?

The silkie is a bantam---are the others regular chickens?? If so there is going to be a big difference in their growth.

Yes the others are regular chickens. The silkie still looks like a week old regular chicken. I'm glad it grows slower because it's so sweet - just wanted to be sure it's normal!!!
