Hi all, so ive recently started selling silkie chicks. Which i love
However I sold some chicks to a buyer recently and before giving them to her I checked and said yup they all have walnut combs, black skin and 5 toes. I somehow missed that one of the chicks had 6 toes on her foot. I apologized to the seller and refunded her £5 as travel is a long way for her and she didnt want to travel back to swap, which is totally understandable. I asked if she was happy if I transferred her £5 back and she said yes but somehow I cant help but feel guilty. I know it probably was a rookies mistake mentioning 5 toes with the silkies as its common for them to have 6 toes too. How does everyone else go about selling their silkies to avoid this in future and also do you think that my actions to correct the buyers issues was fair. I cant help but feel guilty.
Thank you
