Silkie/Cochin mix pullet or cockerel

What are hackle and saddle feathers? This is the one you said is a cockerel right?
Yes, that's the one.
Hackle feathers are long, pointy feathers in the neck. Hens have shorter, rounder neck feathers. Saddle feathers are long, pointy feathers by the tail (not the big tail feathers). I found some images on Google that show exactly where those are.

Thank you, i don’t know why I didn’t think to Google it lol.

Here is an update on my silkie /Cochins mix. The chicks are 18 weeks on the 8th and still no crowing. Do they both still look like pullets? Or should I still worry one is a cockerel. I know silkies tend to crow later but since they are mixed I thought maybe if so they would have started crowing but now.
How does the pullet look now? She’s beautiful!
