silkie cockerel or pullet

Please help. Not sure if she is a HE! 3 month old silkie.her tail has green feathers/fur which is hhard to see in the pic .

I don't see anything screaming cockerel at this point, but young Silkies are notoriously hard to sex, even for experienced chicken owners. I would suggest posting its pic again in about a month.
