Silkie color question again

If we have a :

White roo + grey hen= what color babies?
White roo + Red hen= ?

I am assuming the white birds are actually black under the white. White birds used in crosses are tricky because you never know what is under the white.

What do you get with

Gray rooster and a black hen?

Or Black with Partridge?

We crossed my partridge roo with a black hen and got a mostly black chick with some partridge/buff in the hackle feathers.
