Silkie color?

Hi! Can anyone tell me what silkie color my beloved Rooster "Stew" is? I'm a bit confused between splash, blue, and paint. Also, I have a blonde silkie "Chikira"...what color would she be considered? Thanks!

With paint the entire feather is black
With slash parts of the feather are colored.

Thanks. I checked and it looks like his tail feathers are all black, the rest on his body are only black at the tips.
