Silkie Coloring

[E.M. Silkies]

I have a silkie chick that I thought was white but after inspecting today I think I've got something else. It is the light color but where the wing feathers are starting to develop it looks gray. Is it maybe a lavender?

I don't know about the parents. It is from a shipped egg and the color wasn't marked. I was only thinking it was lavender b/c it looks kind of like ones that I've seen before but I wasnt sure about the typical signs to look for. It's fine with me if its a splash! Do they typically look white though?
