silkie colors?

What would you say this sad lil silkie is?

Black or blue? s/he looks black to me in person but I notice the lighter areas starting to come in. As you can tell the poor little one is in that 'in between' stage.

This is my tiniest silkie.

How about this one? I see a bit of partridgy color in the wing but he's not feathering out the same color as the rest of the partridge silkies. Is he partridge? Splash? both?

I think this one's a boy - he's the biggest and the bossiest. Of course he's only four weeks old so can't be sure yet.

My black hen just hatched two eggs--they were laid by another silkie, a white one, and the dad is a mongrel-y looking blue or splash(?) with some red in him.
These are just pets--I'm new to this, so am obviously not going for show quality here, lol!

Just wanted a more expert opinion on what colour these chicks will be. thanks!

And I just thought I'd add this pic because it's so cute!

They are ssooooooo cute! Fishermum, they look blue to me but this is my non-professional opinion. That last photo adorable!
Featherz, the first look blue and the second looks partridge but I've had buffs that look partridge and turn buff later. (dunno why though)

You experience folks let me know if I'm wrong!

Me too. I was (and still am) planning to rehome some of these but they were SO small I had to wait. I think I'll send a few out when I put the ad up for my latest non-silkie hatch (assuming anything hatches). I am sure they would have been fine, but they were tiny tiny!! I am keeping the little black one, tho. And the showgirl. And a couple of the whites.

Mine are hatching now. Two super nice whites so far and more peeping from the bator!!!! I have some in the bator and some under a hen. woohooo!
