Silkie Cross Thread!! PICS!!

Pics
A NOTE ON FEATHERING:

SILKIE x Non Silkie = F1 regular feathering (carrying hookless gene).
SILKIE x F1 (hookless gene) = F2 Silkie Feathering

Below are 8th Generation "S""s"izzles. Big "S" denotes frizzled feathers. Little "s" denotes a smooth sizzle.

I'm wondering if anyone has crossed a silkie with a shamo? My 2 fave breeds!! I thought they'd look cool. If I were allowed roosters I totally would.

Hi, My salmon Fav/silkie cross chicks were deliberate. I wanted a larger bird to set eggs, plus I was super curious to see what they would look like. Glad I did it too, because these chicks are Awesome!

1st silkie cross guessing its a female from what ive heard since i only have silkie roosters no idea what parents are (except the silkie had to be either my black silkie or 1 of the blues) i couldnt find a more recent pic he/she got way more colorful turned mostly red

I finially got pictures of a couple of my Sal Fav/ Silkie

Sal Fav/ Silkie Cockeral --- Bunny's Brother Black beard.
I think it is so cool that they got the coloring from the Salmon Fav. side of the family. LOL

Bunny is the only one that got the beard but her sisters got really big Head Poofs almost like a Polish look. but the all of the males have been colored like Black beard and all the girls colored exactly like Bunny except the Poof colors are slightly different ranging from Bunnys color to a grey or white. The are Slightly larger than the silkies. And I forgot to mention that they are a F! Generation. Oh and they are SUPER SOFT I just want to cuddle them all the time!
