That's what I was thinking too...Body shape and slightly yellow skin say bantam Cochin to me.

It didn't use to bother me, the hens don't hurt but my rooster decided to see what everyone was eating...he leaves welts! Now, they get shooed.Ginger right here... completely understand!!!

He's a silkie mix. Just didn't inherit the Fibro. He's got 5 toes.I'm not sure but heās not ,,screaming" silkie to me. I'll tag some experts

Thank you for that additional information as I will be breeding Silkies in later THIS year...I agree with above observations. Likely has a silkie father and a Wyandotte mother with the coloring he has. The chicks of this cross in theory will give boys with yellow skin.![]()
