Silkie doesn't roost at all

Is that normal? She sleeps on the floor of the coop right at the door. Almost like she's guarding it. She's 3 1/2 months old. I've never, ever seen her roost.

I don't think any silkies roost. Mine never did.

My silkies never roost. However, I made a ramp up to their nest box and I have one that will perch on the top of the ramp with her head in the box and her bottom out the the world. The ramp is only about 4" from the ground to the top. I think she doesn't want anyone else to use that box.
