There is something called circling disease "Listeriosis" = birds walk in circles with twisted neck.

Thanks tiki244 for your help. Quick update she didn't make it. I think she gave up all hope when I separated her from the beginning. Before I discovered her I did have clean her mouth out is was full of a yellow micous type stuff that was thick.

I also I had her age wrong I had her mixed up with my show pullet. (feel so dump) The look identical almost. The hen that pasted away was 15 months old. Good news is that everyone else this afternoon looked fine. All where ready to eat and doing normal chicken stuff, hopefully all stays well.

But a sad night when losing a flock member
