Silkie egg hatching over due plz help

My silkie has been laying on her eggs sense nov. 16 and now it has been 23 days how long should I wait till I know its a no go? Plz help

can you candle her eggs and see if they have chicks in them? That would be your best bet. Chick s under hens can take longer expecially if its cold where she is. If the egg has a chance at hatchign it should be dark and full of chick. It will be more clear if it has no chick in it.

can even see through the egg when i candle it and there very heavy

No, no sound no movement and today is day 24 if im calculating right
