Silkie egg incubation

I dont know if this chick is stuck and cant get out but its been like that since last night .. can i help it get out of its shell ?… and how ??

Can you see it moving? How does the membrane look?

It's probably a sticky chick, & needs assistance.
If you have Triple Antibiotic Ointment, or petroleum Jelly, you can use that to moisten the membranes.
You can remove bits of shell, & membrane, but if there's still active blood vessels wait a few more hours before helping further.

Well its breathing because his beak is coming out but it hasnt done anything more

Yes, take the egg out chip the shell off slowly.
