Silkie Experts Please - Is this a Silkie???

This bird was sold to me about three weeks ago; the lady told me it is a Silkie. I do not have any experience with Silkies but it does not have the "fluffy" look of the images I have seen of other Silkies. If is not a Silkie...any idea what it is and sex... It is approximately 5 to 6 weeks old. Any assistance would be appreciated.

UPDATED: THe bird has four toes.

Maybe has silkie in it, But not pure silkie. it has the feather legs does it have 5 toes? There is just to much feathering for a silkie. not the best pic but heres a pic of my buff crew you can see there fluff.

I have no idea on what it could be... Pretty color

Definitely not a true silkie. But it has silkie characterisitics. Maybe a silkie/cochin mix.

Ok, so I emailed the lady who sold me this "alleged" Silkie and here is her response:

"HI I THINK SHE LOOKS LIKE A SILKIE TO ME. NOT QUIET AS FURRY YET BUT THE BUTT THE TOES AND ALL LOOK LIKE ONE. SHE IS NOT AS FURRY AS SOME. HOW OLD IS SHE NOW? SHE JUST MIGHT BE A FURRY SHE IS REALLY CUTE AND LOOKS FOR SURE LIKE A GIRL TO ME. ALL SILKIES HAVE BLACK BONES BLACK SKIN AND THE EXTRA TOES. SOME MORE FURRY THAN OTHERS.

Nope, not pure silkie at all. Probably a silkie/cochin mix.

Silkies have blue earlobes, 5 toes on each foot and black skin and black beak. The also have feathered feet and legs.

Not purebred silkie mixed yes. I don't see how the lady you got these from would even think this was a silkie anyone who raises or knows the breed knows this chick is not just LESS furry but is not silkied feathered at all.

Well, she's cute anyhow.......Pretty dark eyes and a dainty beak, and looks like the skin color is right......just not the feathers....So sorry you've been duped.
