Silkie feathers parted?

Hi everyone! I have a question about my six week old silkie, she is my first silkie ever. Whenever her feathers get wet (water gets knocked over, spills, etc.) her hairs part and then she has this bare spot with no feathers for a while. Her feathers will unpart after a bit, but I'm still wondering-Is this normal for silkies?

I *think* I understand what your trying to say. My silkies have had that happen as well and it’s normal.
