Silkie gender and color?

This is my 12 week old silkie....im leaning twords pullet. I'm stumped on her color though...

comb dosent have any significant growth nor color.

its hackle feather are more slender and elongated...i still have no clue in color though

crest is round though.

Looks like a pullet so far.
Also kinda looks like a grey.

Shes not cuckoo she dosent have bars just grey with white streaks down her neck... I'll get better pics.
