Silkie gender

I picked up my silkie and it cackled and I started getting worried. It is 9 weeks old and I want to know what it is I really want it to be a pullet.

Can you get some clear close up pictures of your silkie's comb?

Looks like a pullet, I can't see any wattles growing on this unbearded silkie. Unbearded males usually have obvious wattles coming through by 9 weeks. The comb looks quite narrow as well. Be mindful that some silkies are late bloomers, so just watch out for those things over the next few weeks.
