silkie genetics question!

ok, i was givven a silkie trio and i found out that the roo fits all standards but he has split wing! my other two hens have perfect wings and tuck them tight. what are the chances the chicks could have split wing? how could i "breed it out"? thanks for the help!

I dont advise doing that. That trait will frequently pop up and is hard to get rid of. Start with the best so it will be easier for you in the future. Do you have a picture of the rooster?

yeah i do, but right now im on my mamaws computer and i only have the pics that i uploaded to byc from my computer. tonight (when i am at home) i will either take new pics or look threw the files!
