Silkie hatch

I hatched 3 silkies yesterday. I toile them out of incubator this morning and put in brooder with some week old lavenders. One was not doing well after awhile and was lethargic. I have put him in incubator tonight for another 24 hours. Is that safe to do? I put a little food and water in there because it’s already drank and ate. I think it has pasty butt. I just didn’t know if it’s ok to put back in incubator since it was out most of the day. HELP!! First time hatching silkies.it is actually a little better since I cleaned vent but I wanted to live it in there over night just by itself.

It can be in there overnight, kind of like an ICU. If you have no more eggs hatching, then remove any water left, it does not need the humidty now. You might want to put a little stuffed animal in there with it to keep it company.
