Silkie hatching a Turkey egg? OK?

My BR Turkey has layed all of ONE egg EVER, not sure if she is eating them or maybe laying them on the barn roof??
Anyway she accidentally layed one on the ground in front of me so I yank it up and offer it to a broody Silkie. At first she looks at me like you want me to sit on a

WHAT??

But pulled it in and hunkered down.

Will she be able to tend such a large egg assuming its fertile?
WOuld she raise a Turkey?

I truly believe could do anything when they are broody

The problem would be that the poult would quickly outgrow it's "mother" so you might would have to take it away early.
