Silkie Help

Okay, then I'd probably just follow through and try the Apple Cider vinegar mixture, my friend used ACV with some herbs since they have their own healthy properties as well to help.
I hope this will help for your silkie peeps, keep me updated to see if there's any progress or an other ideas!!
Thank you!

Welcome to the site! You mentioned she is limping, have you checked the bottom of her feet? Did you happen to notice her crop this morning? It should be flat first thing in the mornings. Also, how do her droppings look?

Her feet look fine. She is in a coop with others , I separated her tonight so I can see her droppings alone. Her crop felt and looked fine

Be sure to recheck that her crop is emptying tomorrow mornin first thing. Ears, eyes, nose and mouth clear of lesions, bubbles, fluid and drainage?

She's not laying age yet, so my first thought beyond that is vitamin deficiency. I would start her on B-complex, about 1/4 to 1/2 twice a day. Try just give it to her unless you can put it in or on something where she eats the whole thing. I'd put Poultry Cell or Nutra-Drench in their water a couple of times a week.

Do you have them eating all flock or chick crumbles? She should not be on layer feed yet.

I don't give mine much beyond that so they eat their feed, but I'm not against treats whatsoever. Mine have pumpkins all over the yard right now. In season, kale, cobs of corn, tomatoes, etc. For scratch they get Kalmbach's Henhouse Reserve, and Kalmbach's Flock Maker crumbles is their main feed, fortified with 1/2 dose Rooster Booster granules. It's a huge treat to them when I wet their crumbles into mash.

Being blind by there fuzz/feathers doesn't stop them from walking. For the worst ones I use hubbies electric razor and go around their eyes. I don't show mine, just breed them for others to show. :)

Just regular ole b complex?

Just regular ole b complex?
Yes, the human version. I needed it for some chicks that got into the oyster shell and now have leg issues. Hubby picked some up for me and it's Spring Valley brand but says Super Vitamin B-Complex. I think it's "super" because it's got C and other stuff in it. Dang, now that I read the bottle, it's got calcium in it, doh!!!

Sheesh, just try get the human version of B-complex.

This morning I put apple cider v in her water and gave her a bit of b complex. No change. Now she is crouched down and looks to be sleeping . She is also making a lot of noise. Not screeching more of a low clicking. This poor baby

She did gobble it down. Her crop feels fine. She is crouched down and making some noise. Not moving around much.
