My black silke hen looks like shr got a hernia. Hasnt been eating really. I also notice she had dried poo in her hole ive gotten her like this ive tried warm soapy water for the oast 3 days ro soften the stool but to know luck. It look really raw slight blood and a flap was protruding out thy has now neen rip 3/4 eay off. What should i do? Should i was kill her amd out her out this misery? I need answer asap

You might want to try reposting, It was heard to tell what was going on from your post. Try and be a bit more clear? If her poo is comacted, try soaking her in warm water and massaging the area to see if it will come out. You could try some oilve oil on her vent,too.
Not sure if that is the problem however.
