The first few warm days and my bird gets sick.. Don't think I can take the stress

my silkie hen had been acting a little different, seperating herself from the group at night and sleeping alone but I didn't think too much of it... this morning I opened up the pop door and everyone ran out like always but I came around the side of the coop after taking care of my bunnies and there she was. first just sitting there looking all puffed up and then she fell to her side. I've brought her in, gave her some medicated chick starter and some vitamins in her water. she was just sitting there looking tired with her eyes closed. put her beak in the water and she drank a little. her crop was empty and she is feeling light but her tail feathers are up not down... I'm worried about Cocci(actually paranoid) after last summer.

Any ideas? Not sure if she is laying but our silkie roo was breeding her this morning when I opened the door to the coop...

Please any ideas would be greatfully appreciated!

keep her separated from the others, feed her scrambled eggs and yogert (very nutritious) and keep her in a warm spot and check on her a lot. poor little thing
