I have 3 silkies
1 rooster 2 hens and 28 other hens.
I want the Silkie rooster to fertilize one of the silkie hens. I don’t think the broody silkie is letting that Rooster on her.
Would it help if I put the rooster and the 2 silkies altogether separate from the other chickens.
Also how many eggs should I expect her to lay in order to get chicks
