Silkie hen or roo

I bought this bird from a lady with a good reputation for her silkies in the area. She sold me this “hen” a couple of months ago. Today I put another pair of silkies in with my existing flock the roosters in the pen immediately went after the new hen and began breeding her. I have never seen them try to breed this hen however which makes me wonder if it even is a hen. Also this bird began pecking on the new hen when I put her in the pen and was fighting the new rooster.

Chickens, male and female, will do that stuff. They are just establishing a pecking order.
