Depends on the situation, amount of ladies and roosters your sister has, you can always try Craigslist or Facebook too for rehoming!

Depends on the situation, amount of ladies and roosters your sister has, you can always try Craigslist or Facebook too for rehoming!

I have 11 chickens (including these 3). She has no chickens. My rooster(s) will be her only. We just finished building the bachelor pad coop for her to house them. We want to keep them in the family if possible so we can still visit (stupid chickens have stolen our hearts, haha!)

My other 8 chickens are not silkies so I know at this point they are definitely hens... Does that info help to know which situation would be the best route to go for the best transition?
