Silkie hen still sick???

A while back (maybe a week ago?) my silkie hen wasn't acting well and didn't have much balance. She had regained everything and was acting perfectly fine, but now, today, she is standing very still and keeping her head very low. She is also hiding in small places (between my legs, in the house, etc). Her crop is soft and big I suppose and I noticed her eating just a few pecks of feed and grass earlier.

Anything I should do to help her?

This could be a number of problems resulting from an even wider number of sources. If she is eating and passing waste regularly I would be less worried. For the time being, I would monitor her very closely and track the amount of food she is eating and the number of times she has relieved herself. To make this easy I would measure out several cups of food and place it into a dish within a large cardboard box. This will make it easy to measure the remaining food and the box makes it easy to see the number of times she's relieved herself.

If she isn't better in 2-3 days I would update your post and possible seek veterinary care...

I have been with her for a while now and it seems she is drinking a lot but I still have not seen her eat much. She has relieved herself regularly but now she is on her laying nest and I assume she is going to lay or is either just trying to stay in a small place by herself.
I'm going to keep watching her and update my post if necessary. ^-^

It is very possible that she is getting ready to lay...especially if she has never produced eggs before. If this is her first time she might be adjusting to the changes taking place within her body.
