Silkie in question week 21...anyone else Might have to rehome soon!

Here's the silkie we are still tryin to figure out...mind you those are not head streamers but it's molting pretty badly right now and looks kind of mangey....so here it is at week 21

She is getting feathers between her head and neck...

How on earth do you keep them that clean?!? My little silkies are constantly getting food all over their face, and head! Do you bath them, or is yours just not as big a piggy as mine are? Oh and he looks alot like my black one that people are telling me (and I thought) is a roo. Good luck!

Obviously not an expert in any way, shape, or form, but something about that bird just says 'roo' to me.
