Silkie is acting funny

So our silkie went missing for 3 days. Thought she got scooped by a hawk. I found her squeeze under a pallet. She was hiding for some reason. So we cleaned her up gave her some vet rx and electrolytes. She couldn’t walk she was so squished in there. She is walking now. We have her isolated because she also has one eye closed slightly. We have another chicken with the eye problem that is sick so figured better keep them isolated. Now she is opening her mouth and puckering her but at the same time over and over. It’s very strange and I’m a bit nervous. It is hot. I’m in North Carolina but we have her in the car port where it’s cooler and with a fan. Any one have any idea what’s going on with her. Ps I’m trying to add a video but have no idea on this site. I’m quite new.
