Silkie is yawning non stop, help!

Silkie is doing great as is everyone else!! Today will be day 5 on Corid....the initial treatment I did a lower and linger does after the initial one, I’m wondering if that necessary this time? Any thoughts are much appreciated

Everyone survived...total I have lost 3 of my 12. They seem to be doing great, I don’t see any mites in the coop or anywhere since lining it with linoleum, spraying and dumping diamataceous earth everywhere including on my hens. I have a few that lost their head feathers to moulting but they are still happy. I just rigged up the coop with warming plates on the walls where they roost, a camera and a water heating coil, it’s been SO cold here but they are doing great. I’ve been so very grateful that they all are doing good, praying it stays this way at least for while

Great news! I am glad to hear everyone is doing well.
Please don't count on the DE preventing or ridding mites, it doesn't work well.
Keep permethrin on hand.

Keep permethrin on hand.

I sprayed multiple times with Permethrin but I could still see little brown things crawling around at night on the window wills.....no idea what they were but the DE killed them. I will continue to use both when needed
