Silkie not Laying?

Hi Everyone,
For the past 3-4 weeks my silkie chicken hasn't been laying. She usually lays every other day, but for some strange reason she stopped! I give her and the other hens (3 hens) 1 1/2 pounds of laying feed and give her plenty of sun light. All my other hen are laying except her! The last owner said she was a year old and I have had her for 8 months. What should I do?

My Silkie has frequent spells where she will just stop laying for no apparent reason. None of my others girls do this, might just be a breed thing?

Sometimes she will act a little broody for about 2 days (stays in the nest box and gets all uppity when I try to move her to steal the eggs) and then she will get over it and return to the yard with the rest, but won't lay again for a week or more.
