Hi, I am wandering where I can get a few silkies to add to my flock. color does not matter, they will not be for show, just for lovin. I don't mind if they are older 4mos to 8mos. If anyone knows where I can get them or has any please let me know. Thanks

You could get some from IDEAL POULTRY hatchery and then you can get fewer than 25 chicks because they have a $25 minimum.

But if you get less than 25 or so birds they add extra males for warmth. Then what do you do with them?

Keep them, eat them, sell them or whatever you want.
I would never eat any of MY chickens but some people might want to.
