Hi,
If you want the ones with the full heads and beards what are those called?

Are they top hat and bearded?

Looking for the RRREEEEally fluffy ones.

When doing that do you ask if they are brearded w/top hats? or how do you question for those?

If you're looking for the really nice, non-hatchery quality, it can be anywhere from PQ to BQ to SQ. Check with breeders

Pet quality, breeder quality, and show quality, with show quality being the best.

You would want Bearded and Vaulted Skulls. Even Bearded and Vaulted birds can turn out not to be very fluffy. I would suggest you find a breeder with birds that look like what you want and buy the birds or eggs from those birds.
