silkie question....

I have a bunch of silkies that I thought were going to be all white. They are two weeks old today and they are all starting to look different. Some are sort of brown, some definately white but some look blue. I am happy either way but my question is do all silkie chicks start off one color than as they age what they really are show?

Not all silkie chicks start out the same colour.


Grey/Blue


Red


White


Partridge

I wish I could figure out how to get pictures from my phone to here, none of my "off" ones look like this. They are definately silkies, blue beaks and feet. The ones I'm questioning have blueish and brownish backs and butts. I have only ever raised white ones and these few are not white.
