My 9 month old silkier rooster i noticed yesterday was a little raspy when he breathed. Not loud. I could only hear it because i was in his face. I live in San Antonio TX and our weather is all crazy. Hot cold, dry then wet.
So its about 58 and wet outside and i have brought him inside to get out of the cold. (He is my only bird as of now) but now hes got a little sneeze. He eats just fine. Crows normal. Walks and runs and does everything as usual so i don't think he feels bad.
Is there anything i should do to prevent this from turning into something? Or has it already turned into something?

He is the only chicken you have?
Where do you house him - what's that like? Plenty of ventilation?
How old is he?
How long have you had him?
Can you take a video of what he sounds like?
Crop emptying completely overnight?

Hard to know if it will turn into something else - if it's environement (any mold, excessive dust, ammonia, etc. ) or respiratory illness.

Personally, if he's acting normal, eating/drinking and active, I would monitor him for a couple of days to see if symptoms worsen/stay the same or get better.

He is. I had 2 roosters and recently had to rehome one. About a week ago. In the process of getting him a few hens. His house is an inclosed coop. Plently of ventilation. I clean it out weekly. I stuffed some hay in there to help with these chilly nights were having. The sound doesn't pick up on the camera. Its a very low rumble. As if he needs to cough up some phlem real fast maybe.
He was hatched February 1st of this year. And i brought him hime April 15th.
