Silkie Roo - What type is he?

I got this Silkie Rooster from a reputable breeder when he was just a few days old...I am not sure what he is

I thought he was supposed to be a Partridge...but he must be a mix...with the green tail feathers and the white hackles...

Does anyone have any ideas?

Honestly just looks black, with some grey on his head and chest.

Black with silver leakage in hackle. It's very common in males... to have silver or gold leakage in the hackle.

Thanks for your help! I didn't realize that the silver in the hackles is common in males... Is the green tail feathers common in Silkies too?
