Hi everyone, my Silkie rooster has always had a problem with his eyes. They get extremely watery and sometimes form bubbles which obscure his vision. I clean it twice a day with saline solution.
He is on a poultry antibiotic at the moment. Recently he has gotten a blocked nose. As you can see it is caked with a yellow substance. Any suggestions on how to help him out?

You might be dealing with a respiratory disease, such as MG. I would get some Terramycin eye ointment and put a dab in the eye after cleaning with saline twice a day. What antibiotic are you using? Tylosin or Tylan can help if it is MG. To clean a blocked nostril, put a little hydrogen peroxide on a QTIP and moisten the nostril for a few minutes. The take a wooden toothpick and gently try to remove the gunk. Repeat if necessary and it is common for this to be repeated. Sometimes mucus, food, and dirt turn into a cement-like substance. If it is just mucus, it may come out a little easier with just saline.
