Silkie rooster/ white non bearded rooster in need of new home

I need to get rid of this guy quickly. I’m not allowed to have roosters. I was going to keep him with a crow collar but I want him to have a better life than that! Columbus Ohio located and will to deliver him up to 2 hrs away
He is used to seeing dogs around and was super friendly before he got his hormones which I’m sure he will grow out of the teen phase in a week
