Silkie Rooster won't leave coop

My young Silkie was grabbed by a dog. We managed to get him before he was hurt. No sign of injury. 2 days later, we can't get him to leave the coop.. Does anyone have ideas as to why he is doing this?

Well, if a hairy monster with a mouth full of huge sharp teeth grabbed you up, you'd feel like hiding out for a few days on the fear he might still be lurking to make another stab at eating you.

Lol. I know, but that was last week. He was fine. Acted normal, until 2 days ago.
