I just recently purchases the Austrolp hen and my othere chickens are being rough and pulling out her feahers, And im considereing buying a Silkie hen but after what i saw with the Austrolp im a bit scared that they might kill the silkie

It's the pecking order working its self out. I would not add a silky to your flock.

when adding new birds you should let them be near each other for a little bit but not be able to get to each other. Than I find it best to mix them at night when all are sleeping so they wake up together, but still watch them for a few days. My silkies are penned by themselves for the other breeds safety, as most my silkies are very dominate (especially the hens)
