silkie sexing

Please help me sex my 3 chickens. They are about 17 weeks old. I think the black one is a hen, the brown one is a rooster, and I'm unsure about the white one. The brown one has the biggest comb, the black one hardly has any, and the white one has a very slight bump.

The brown one broke its beak. :(

I think they are all pullets except for the black one it's kind of suspicious

I have 5 frizzled silkies. They are 2 months old.what do you think?

400

I am pretty sure Chandler is a girl.

400

Derpy is the biggest. I think it's a boy.

400

Clare I think is a boy too. It has a little bit of red growing in the hackles and crest.

400

Sentinel used to be the most friendly bird but has recently become standoffish. Except that she looks and acts more like a girl.

400

Runt is now the second largest bird. I'm thinking boy.

I think they are all pullets but keep an eye on runt looks kind of rooish to me. Such beautiful birds might I ask where did you get them from?

I have two silkies 12 weeks old. I need help. I think the darker one is female and the lighter one is a male. Help!
Here is the one I think is male:

From the side:

Them together:

The darker one who I think is female is friendlier though but has no waddle or comb, it is also bigger than the male looking one. No eggs or crowing yet.

Both look like pullets to me I have two that look exactly the same except they're black and both turned out to be hens

*Edited to fix grammar*

Interesting the black one was the only one I thought for sure was a pullet! It has the smallest comb and the most puffy, round crest on its head. What makes it suspicious?

What about the brown one? It has a huge comb compared to the others and its crest swoops back. I thought for sure that one was a rooster!

Does it look like streamers coming in on the white one, or do you think it is new feathers coming in?

Any other thoughts?

I'm pretty sure the buff is a cockerel. The white could go either way, what I can see of the comb makes me think a cockerel for that one as well. I think the black looks like a pullet.

Thankyou! I got them from a breeder here in CA. She is trying to get frizzles recognized as their own breed instead of variety. I'm definitely going to breed the paint when I can find some suitable unrelated birds. I don't want to breed her to her lesser quality possible sibs.
