Looks like a hen, is it colder where you are? I know sometimes silkies will wait till it's warmer weather to lay even if it's past maturity.
We live in California. Definitely warm enough. All my silkies are laying daily and I have two broody now.
Do you have her separated where you can see if it's laying or not?
No I'm out there most of the day. We have about 10 silkies now. This one never goes in the hen house. It hangs with my other two roosters all day long.
Well it's official. He started trying to mate one of the hens today. Still not crowing though lol. Thanks for all your help.
